Eight highly engaged and committed higher education institutions collaborating to provide collective thought leadership and innovative programs for high school students.
135 high schools involved in one or more programs; more than 1,700 high school students served through IT career exploration, development and educational programs.
Robust and fast-growing partnerships with like-minded industry-facing associations, economic and workforce development, educational and other community-based organizations that now turn to RITE to engage in strategic IT talent development activities.
Creation of the APP (Attract-Prepare-Place) Systems Model – a guiding holistic model from student first touch point to job attainment.
Scalable programs and services designed to attract, prepare and place IT talent.
Methodology for testing student skills, behavioral dimensions and competencies for IT roles – validated with 80 students.
IT internships among RITE companies increased by 41 from 2010 to 2014; inspired and informed Cleveland Clinic’s IT Internship program which has engaged 60 college students over the last four years.
